Dev has personally clarified and I think cinehub has the most active and transparent support group compared to the rest. My internet connection is pretty good , as I was able to get 20-30 Mbps on fmovies while using a VPN. For cinehub , I get 500-600 kbps and it buffers quite a lot, like once every 30 seconds or something.
